Ayers Rock Airport, otherwise known as Connellan Airport, is an airport located near the isolated town of Yulara in the Northern Territory. It is a 20-minute drive from the famous Ayers Rock, from which it was named after.

The airport was founded by Edward J. Connellan - a well-known aviator in the Northern Territory. He also started an airline known as the 'Connellan Airways', which specializes mainly on mail runs, transport, and Royal Flying Doctor Service. The aircrafts that were used for the airline include those that were provided by Qantas, Douglas DC-3 airlines, and some other planes.

The development of infrastructures next to the base of Ayers Rock produced unfavorable effects to the environment. Because of that, in 1970, it was decided that all tourist facilities should be relocated outside the park. In 1975, a 104-square kilometers land 15km away from Ayers Rock was approved for the establishment of a new tourist facility and an airport. Both started to become operational in 1984.

Ayers Rock Airport has one asphalt runway, 13/31, which measures 2,599m long.

The airport has only one terminal, which houses the areas for check-in, baggage screening and collection, departure and arrivals, bus bays, and car parks.
