Brindabella - Booking Information

Brindabella Airlines, a small regional airline operating out of Canberra, is controlled by Aeropelican Air Services and affiliated with Australian flag carrier, Qantas Airways. It operates out of its main hub at the Canberra International Airport and its secondary hub at Brisbane Airport, flying a fleet of 8 aircraft to 10 destinations, including Albury, Armidale, Cobar, Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Brisbane, Sydney, Tamworth, Moree, and Cooma.

Passengers wishing to fly with Brindabella are presented with various fare classes, which include the airline’s Super Saver, Maxi Saver, and Fully Flexible fares, all of which are classified under Economy.

To book a flight, passengers can log on to the airline’s website at www.brindabellaairlines.com.au to access its online booking facility. Passengers may also book through Brindabella’s customer service agents by calling 1300 668 824, and have their reservations and ticket purchase inquiries answered. Authorized local travel agents are also an alternative source for Brindabella ticket purchases.

Brindabella Airlines accepts credit card payments in their online booking facility except for American Express credit cards, which they do not accept at this time. Passengers who opt to purchase their tickets at ticket counters at the airport may do so using cash or credit card payments.

Being affiliated with Qantas Airways, all Brindabella Airlines passengers can check-in at Qantas check-in counters at the airport except Sydney and Cobar, which have their own Brindbella Airlines counter. Check-in time is at set at 45 minutes before flight departure, and passengers are allowed 15kg of checked-in luggage, as well as 4kg of carry-on luggage on their flight.
